The VPP Bridge is the first choice for high-temperature applications up to 1,050 °C. Its spring bridge quick-release design enables fast, one-handed installation by tightening just a single bolt.
It adapts precisely to the flanges of the manifold, turbocharger, or exhaust pipe, ensuring lasting tightness even under extreme conditions. Made from highly corrosion-resistant W5 stainless steel, it provides maximum durability.
V-QRC & V-STC
These quick-release V-Profile Clamps are designed for temperature ranges up to 650 °C, making them ideal for diesel and heavy-duty applications.
- V-QRC (Quick Release Closure): Quick-release system with threaded bolt – allows particularly easy, one-handed installation.
- V-STC (Straight Trunnion Closure): Version with straight trunnion for applications requiring higher tightening torque.
Both versions compensate for minor flange tolerances, offer low weight, and require minimal installation space regardless of pipe diameter.
Always Replace Turbocharger Clamps
V-Profile Clamps adapt to the flange during operation. At high temperatures, they slightly deform to ensure optimal sealing surfaces. Reusing them after disassembly can lead to leaks, and repeated tightening weakens the material structure.
